EAST and South Eastern suburbs in Melbourne, VIC (Mitcham, Doncaster, Chadstone, Parkdale, Glen Waverley, Mooroolbark, Cranbourne, and others) IMMEDIATE START!!

Key Selection Criteria:

• Have their own car and full driver's license. Willing to travel in various locations and willing to commute from home to work for about 40km or more. - We will pay for commuting kms from client to client
• Flexibility to work a variety of days and/or weekend shifts
• Honesty and integrity. A reliable person. Ability to work autonomously and in a team, following directives as per participant’s care plan. Possess good english and communication skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of the importance of connection and you build relationships by listening to and understanding the expressed and unexpressed needs of the people you support. Demonstrate a mature approach, openness and non-judgemental approach

Qualifications:

• Current Australian Driver’s License with registered vehicle and minimum third-party car insurance.
• Willing to work with people with disabilities
• Some of the duties to be performed: Laundry and ironing, making beds and changing linens, dusting and vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, toilet and bathroom cleaning, organising and cleaning cupboards, taking out the rubbish and council waste bins, assistance with pet care, among others.
