Come join our amazing team and help us to Coordinate our Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) Program. This program makes a difference by matching mental health clinicians with Delta therapy dog teams to deliver canine assisted psychotherapy.
This role is responsible for the coordination of the Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) program. You will work with volunteers and their dogs, and our Program Partners, to coordinate the delivery of canine assisted psychotherapy.

Location: Sydney region, NSW (working from home).
Equipment requirements: Laptop, phone and printer will be supplied, however safe home office set-up is required. Unrestricted driver’s licence and own fully insured vehicle required, however travel allowance is payable.
Travel requirements: Sydney region (1-2 times a month), and potentially other NSW regions (2-3 times a year) and interstate (2-3 times a year).
Hours: Part-time contract from 1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025. A contract for 22hours a week is preferred, but can be flexible within the range of 18-22hours a week for the right candidate. Flexibility to work weekends and after business hours as required.

We are looking for people orientated, results driven, passionate individuals, with strong program coordination skills, to join the team at Delta Therapy Dogs. Experience in the delivery of psychotherapy / mental health services is highly regarded, and a desire to specialise in the Animal Assisted Therapy field is crucial.
