This role is part of the Lab’s leadership team. As such, the position will contribute to the overall strategic direction and stewardship of the Lab, delivering on the Lab’s vision, impact agenda and maintaining a strong culture. It will be specifically responsible for leading and managing Lab-generated analysis, including quality assurance of all Lab analytical products and services. This includes leading and contributing to the production of independent Lab analytical products such as policy briefs and research outputs, as well as leading and contributing to commissioned analytical projects.

The role will report directly to the CEO, is a member of the Lab’s leadership team and has direct supervisory responsibilities. This includes responsibility for mentoring Lab staff to improve the impact and quality of projects, whilst raising the overall innovation, quality and rigour of internal analytical practice across the organisation.
