Specialising in the ‘care economy’, Diversitat Training have been delivering qualifications, accredited courses and non-accredited programs since 1997. Our courses are generally delivered in Geelong through blended learning and assessment methodologies including both online and face-to-face (in the classroom and/or workplace or via work placement).

The Role:

This role is responsible for the quality and coordination of RTO compliance required by our regulators and funding bodies and will have extensive experience working in a VET sector compliance role.

This is a Maximum Term Full time for 12 months.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Advanced knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (SRTOs) 2015;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and management of audit and compliance processes within the VET Sector;
  • Experience in developing and reviewing RTO policies, procedures and other documentation as needed;
  • Microsoft Office suite of programs (incl. Outlook), Student Management Experience (VETtrak preferred);
  • Highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work autonomously;
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills as well as individual time management and communication skills, including priority management, goal setting, communication (oral, written & presentation), short, medium & long-term planning;
  • Experience working with Funded Training frameworks and contracts will be highly regarded;
  • Certificate IV of Training and Assessment (TAE) or Quality Assurance Qualification (desirable).
