FIS provides evidence-based screening, assessment and intervention services for individuals in custody and the community. We focus on areas such as violent and sexual offending, restorative justice, violent extremism and family violence.
As the intake officer, you will manage the intake and referral process for service users across Victoria. You will ensure people receive the appropriate assessment and treatment services. You will update service user records and respond to enquiries, respecting the department's guidelines. You will also work closely with staff and stakeholders to support smooth service delivery.
You will be working for the Department of Justice and Community Safety, which is one arm of the Victorian State Government. All our staff work to the vision of a safe, just, innovative and thriving Victoria.
