Psychologist, or Clinical / Counselling / Forensic Psychologist (Registrar)

Department of Communities

The Department of Communities brings together vital services and functions that enable individual, family and community wellbeing. Our committed people come to work every day to make a positive difference to the lives of Western Australians, including some of our most vulnerable citizens.

THE ROLE

We have opportunities available in various locations across the Perth Metropolitan area, and the Goldfields and West Kimberley regions.

Our district office Psychologists work in multidisciplinary teams to promote the safety and well-being of children and young people in their region. They provide consultation, conduct psychological assessments as well as plan and implement interventions with children, young people, families and the people and systems that provide care and support for the child. Psychologists are also required to provide assessments and reports for the Children’s Court and give expert testimony in Court.

For further information we encourage you to contact Gary Lindsay, Senior Consultant Psychologist, on 0407 424 214 or at [email protected] using the subject line: Psychologist, or Clinical / Counselling / Forensic Psychologist (Registrar) enquiry via EthicalJobs.
