As a Residential Care Worker you will be responsible for working as a member of a team to achieve best outcomes for children and young people and providing group and individual therapeutic residential care to children and young people.

Conditions


Prospective applicants must:

  • Work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
  • Successfully pass a satisfactory medical and functional capacity examination based on the physical and psychological demands of the role.
  • Obtain a satisfactory Working with Children Check
  • Hold a Current accredited certificate in ‘Provide First Aid’
  • Possess a current Western Australian 'C' or 'C-A' Class Driver’s Licence or equivalent, and have the ability to travel in response to organisational needs.

Successful applicants will be required to attend mandatory training from 3 December 2024 to 6 December 2024. Please consider your availability before applying, as this is a requirement of the role.
