  • Permanent and fixed term employment is payable $96,140- $103,079 pa pro rata + Super - PSCSAA 2024 including 30% commuted allowance.
  • Casuals receive an additional 25% loading allowance and penalty rates may apply.

As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for working as a member of a team to achieve best outcomes for children and young people and providing group and individual therapeutic residential care to children and young people. You will assist in planning, developing, and implementing activities for children and young people. Click here to find out more!

As part of the role, you:

  • Will work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
  • Must successfully pass a satisfactory medical and functional capacity examination based on the physical and psychological demands of the role.
  • Must obtain a satisfactory Working with Children Check
  • Must hold a current accredited certificate in ‘Provide First Aid’.
  • Possess a current Western Australian 'C' or 'C-A' Class Driver’s Licence or equivalent and have the ability to travel in response to organisational needs.
