As a Residential Care Worker you will be responsible for working as a member of a team to achieve best outcomes for children and young people and providing group and individual therapeutic residential care to children and young people. Conditions

Prospective applicants must:

  • Work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
  • Successfully pass a satisfactory medical and functional capacity examination based on the physical and psychological demands of the role.
  • Obtain a satisfactory Working with Children Check
  • Hold a Current accredited certificate in ‘Provide First Aid’
  • Possess a current Western Australian 'C' or 'C-A' Class Driver’s Licence or equivalent, and have the ability to travel in response to organisational needs.

Successful applicants will be required to attend mandatory training from 31st March, 2025 to 4th May, 2025. Please consider your availability before applying, as this is a requirement of the role.
