As a Residential Care Worker you will be responsible for working as a member of a team to achieve best outcomes for children and young people and providing group and individual therapeutic residential care to children and young people. Leave entitlement:

  • Four weeks annual Leave

Prospective applicants must

  • work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
  • successfully pass a satisfactory medical and functional capacity examination based on the physical and psychological demands of the role.
  • obtain a satisfactory Working with Children Check
  • hold a Current accredited certificate in ‘Provide First Aid’
  • possess a current Western Australian 'C' or 'C-A' Class Driver’s Licence or equivalent, and have the ability to travel in response to organisational needs.
