- Location: Brisbane City
- Remuneration: $129,089 - $138,273 per year
You will be responsible for the coordination and provision of comprehensive and timely executive support to the Office of the General Manager.
Your opportunity:
- Coordinate the delivery of submissions, documentation, proposals and initiatives requiring departmental or divisional responses on behalf of the General Manager.
- Liaise with key departmental officers within Policy, Performance and First Nations, as well as other departmental divisions, to ensure the effective preparation and coordination information requests.
- Provide high level specialist advice and support to the General Manager in relation to stakeholder and client related matters.
- Respond in a timely manner to all requests for information from the Offices of the Minister and the Director-General, which includes requests from Electorate offices and the Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
- Undertake or assisting various research or analytical tasks relating to the operations of the division.
- Remain abreast of emerging issues impacting on the portfolio and providing advice to the General Manager and other executives on appropriate courses of action.
- Assist in the management of the Office of the General Managers mailbox.
- Ensure compliance with information management and record-keeping requirements.
- Work with agility and flexibility to meet changing team and divisional needs.
- Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
