As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Work collaboratively with the Housing Service Centre and health stakeholders to deliver holistic, Place based and trauma-informed occupational therapy services.
• Provide specialist occupational therapy expertise and advice for customers requiring home modifications, transfers, tenancy management or housing assistance.
• Work closely with allied health service partners to flexibly deliver services to customers online, by telephone or in person with a focus on safety, service excellence and quality outcomes.
• Contribute to the design and review of new accessible social housing properties.

Planned travel within the region (2-4 nights) is a requirement of these roles.
