We are an innovative creative agency exclusively serving clients in the charity and not-for-profit sector.

We are looking for someone with a passion for design, branding, and creativity to join our extremely busy team as we embark on our next phase of growth.

Reporting to the Head of Design, this role will suit someone with 1-3 years experience, wanting to rise to the challenge of making content look fantastic, and convey its message clearly.

You’ll be a team player, always willing to pitch in, and a keen learner, eager to achieve and grow.

Opportunity to split work between home and your closest Donor Republic office in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide.

You will have:

• A very strong work ethic.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
  (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
• 1-3 year’s experience in a design department or agency.
• Experience in charity sector, desirable but not essential.
• Illustration / drawing ability.
• Knowledge of animation, desirable.
• Understanding of design for the digital space.
• The confidence to work in a small team.
• Exceptional visual communication skills and an eagle eye for detail.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• An upbeat, can-do attitude that drives you to challenge yourself and those around you.
