As a Workforce Planner, you will work collaboratively with the Workforce planning team and broader organisation to strategically develop, distribute and maintain effective and sustainable employee rosters. In line with service delivery demands and employee wellbeing, you will purposefully allocate resources to maximise efficiency and coverage across multiple service lines.
Furthermore, you will coordinate off-phone activities such as meetings, supervision, and coaching sessions to ensure effective staff support is delivered. It is also essential that Workforce planners compassionately and promptly address staff inquiries to continue fostering a supportive work environment.
Working closely with our leadership teams, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of reports and dashboards tailored to facilitating staff coaching and professional development by providing insights into workforce performance and trends. Being a 24/7 domestic, family and sexual violence support service, you will consistently conduct real-time monitoring of call ques and deploying innovative adjustments to meet service delivery targets.
