  • Working conditions: Hybrid/WFH working conditions + travel between sites as needed.
  • Salary: $45.82 p/hr + Super + Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging. 

About the role

Reporting to, and supporting the Outcomes and Digital Systems Manager, the Digital and Data Officer will play a pivotal role in assisting in the implementation and supervision of the client management systems, data collection, and outcome reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing digital health and care system integration: Leading initiatives for digital health and seamless system integration.
  • Leveraging data for improved outcomes: Using data insights to enhance service delivery and program results.
  • Managing performance metrics and reports: Developing key metrics and preparing data reports for decision-making.
  • Providing staff support and training: Offering technical training on digital platforms and reporting tools.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and data security: Maintaining compliance with regulations and ensuring data privacy.
  • Driving process improvements and care coordination: Identifying improvements and enhancing coordination across services.
  • Supporting care system integration and communication: Facilitating system integration and effective communication strategies.

About you 

As the Digital and Data Officer you will have:

  • Extensive experience in data management, digital systems, or a related field, and a solid understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and navigating multiple platforms is required, along with experience in database management and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective data management strategies, showcasing strong organisational and planning capabilities.
  • Experience in data analytics and outcome performance measurement is essential, as well as familiarity with community-based recovery services, program evaluation, and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., information technology, data science, healthcare administration).
