Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with a developmental delay or disability? EACH is looking for a dedicated Psychologist (Grade 2 or 3) to join our team, providing compassionate assessment and intervention services for children aged 0-9 and their families.

You will work closely with families in their natural settings — homes, childcare, kindergartens, and schools — empowering them to support their child’s development. Your role will encompass delivering evidence-based therapies, setting achievable goals, and fostering collaboration among interdisciplinary teams.

As a key team member, you will also facilitate group programs, collaborate with external providers, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, ensuring holistic care and support.

About you

To excel in this role, you will demonstrate the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in evidence-based assessment and intervention techniques
  • Familiarity with the Key Worker model, Family Centred Practice, and Family Service Coordination

Experience working with vulnerable and culturally diverse families is highly valued, as is an understanding of the issues confronting families with children with developmental delays and disabilities.
