We are seeking a passionate Grade 1 or 2 Speech Pathologist to join our NDIS Childhood Intervention Services team and make a difference in the lives of children (aged 0-9) and their families!

As a Speech Pathologist at EACH, you'll have the opportunity to deliver therapy services directly to children and their families, using the latest evidence-based techniques. From providing assessments to implementing interventions, you'll play a vital role in helping children reach their full potential.

As part of a large multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with families, empowering them to support their child's development and building their capacity along the way. Services are provided in various settings, including homes, childcare centres, kindergartens, schools, and our EACH centres.

About you

In addition to a self-directed passion and drive to support children within the community, you will:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current membership or eligibility to join Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Thrive in environments that allow you to form positive relationships with children and families
  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of speech pathology assessment and intervention techniques, along with a solid understanding of child development
  • Have a high level of communication skills to communicate effectively with clients
