About the role
You’ll be working in our Social Activity Group, where you'll help older adults stay mentally sharp, engaged, and connected. Through social activities and community outings, you'll support them in living independently and achieving their goals.
This role isn't about sitting behind a desk—it’s about connecting with clients, leading activities, and being there when they need you the most. From group outings to engaging conversations, you’ll help create an environment where people feel supported and active.
Social Activity Group responsibilities:
- Help older adults stay independent, empowered, and engaged: You’ll guide a group of older adults through activities that not only stimulate their minds but also bring them joy.
- Leadership and action: Lead group activities, plan exciting outings, and be a key part of our team.
- Be the spark: Organise activities that challenge clients physically and mentally. Whether it’s a group game, an outdoor activity, or just a good conversation, you’ll help keep them connected and engaged.
