Who we're looking for

You love searching, investigating, engaging and connecting with candidates while sharing market insights with hiring managers. You're a team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge and training others. Our roles at EACH are varied, our team is diverse, and our goals are ambitious.

You'll bring your skills and experience in:

• Sourcing complex and hard to find talent (ideally in the Health industry)
• Building talent pipelines, talent communities, and talent mapping
• Solid experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Insights, Seek Talent Search and other available mediums
• Managing and prioritising multiple requisitions, projects and client relationships

What you'll be doing

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist you will:

• Proactively source candidates
• Talent map and manage talent streams in the community health industry
• Be responsible for ongoing candidate attraction, engagement and nurturing
• Collect candidate insights and market intel to feedback to the TA team and hiring managers
