A unique opportunity has arisen at our Exceeding community Kindergarten and Early Learning center for a Childcare Director. We are seeking a dedicated and creative professional to be a leader to cover a family leave position. The position is responsible for leading and overseeing the 3 year old kindergarten and childcare programs, 3 – 5 year olds.

You will work collaboratively with the Kindergarten Co Director and center teams and be a leader within the EBK community. We are looking for a candidate who will show vision and strive to support progressive and innovative teams into the future. Experience in management will be valued. Some experience with CCS and online enrolment systems will be valued.

You will be supported by a co-director, an educational leader and a parent volunteer committee of management. Your role overseas the office management, all childcare related management, and 3 year old kindergarten teams. You will be supporting the 3 year old kindergarten teachers and all 3 year old educator teams as well as the families and children.

The position is 33.5 hours PW

The start date 6th of May 2024 with a two week handover period.

This is a family leave cover position ongoing until February 2025 the committee.
