The Marketing and Communications Team plays a vital role in enabling and supporting the ECMS brand, connecting audiences to our purpose and driving engagement with families, employees, and stakeholders.

We’re seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team in this exciting new role. From creating innovative marketing campaigns to delivering memorable events, you’ll ensure our purpose and values are communicated effectively while supporting key goals such as increasing enrolments and fostering community connections.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, including promotional materials, social content, and campaigns, to boost ECMS’s visibility and engagement within the community.
  • Plan and deliver impactful events such as community activities, internal initiatives like our annual Conference, and partnerships, managing event budgets, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics for campaigns and events to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and contribute to team goals and initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing and event coordination.
  • A track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
  • Exceptional coordination, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing materials and execute creative event designs.
  • High attention to detail and a talent for managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and briefing design stakeholders.
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
  • (Desirable) Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
