We're looking for a passionate professional to join our Melbourne -based green sustainable product company! In your role as an E-Commerce Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients to help them with any business enquiries.

The role responsibilities:

• Help with customer enquiries and provide quotes via email, live chat and phone.
• Maintain invoices and process any returns
• Help book in deliveries for orders made online or via email
• Track packages and help with any delivery issues
• Provide client care through quarterly check-ups through phone or email
• Assist in developing sales and attraction strategies with the Operations Manager

To help you achieve this, ideally you’ll have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong competency in Microsoft Suite
• Previous experience Cin7 Core is desirable
