We’re looking for a Workforce Australia Program Compliance Coordinator to ensure the ongoing success of the Broome Employment Services Project, working in collaboration with the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Analytics

  • Utilise existing data analytics to interpret program data, ensuring KPIs are monitored and continuous improvement processes are maintained.

Quality Assurance Framework Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Principles for auditing purposes.

Contractual Compliance

  • Monitor compliance with DEWR’s Broome Employment Services (BES) Deed and related guidelines.

Performance Framework Compliance

  • Monitor performance measures within the framework to ensure client-centred service delivery.

Internal Auditing

  • Support the Quality Management Team in maintaining ISO9001 and RFF accreditations.

Aboriginal Ways of Working

  • Demonstrate a personal understanding of culturally responsive ways of working with Aboriginal clients, staff, and communities.

Quality in All We Do

  • Ensure all operations align with the quality management principles underpinning Job Pathways’ accredited Quality Management System.

KEY CRITERIA

  • Experience in data analytics
  • Experience in working within the Workforce Australia framework.
  • Experience working with program-specific contractual frameworks or guidelines.
  • Experience in general auditing against compliance requirements.
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to consult and liaise effectively with a range of people.
  • Previous experience working with Indigenous Australians, and a demonstrated understanding of the social, economic, and environmental factors impacting on rural and remote communities.
  • A degree or tertiary qualification in a relevant subject.
