Early Learning Association Australia (ELAA) is the peak body representing over 1350 non-profit early childhood services primarily in Victoria.
Our highly skilled and friendly team of 25 staff and consultants supports members with advocacy to government regarding funding and policy, advice and support on HR, IR, operations, people leadership and a host of other critical issues in running kindergartens and long day care services.
With Victoria’s groundbreaking Free Kinder and Best Start, Best Life reforms, ELAA plays a key role in ensuring universal access to quality early childhood education and care for every 3- and 4-year-old, regardless of their life circumstances.
