THE ROLE

You will be responsible for establishing new partnerships with schools across Australia. You’ll be at the forefront of new growth, using your energy, resilience, and sales acumen to build relationships with schools, amplify our impact and drive expansion across Australia.

A BIT ABOUT US

Elephant Ed send youthful, relatable and highly-trained facilitators to hundreds of schools across Australia to facilitate interactive consent, respectful relationships and sexuality education workshops.

Every year, we empower more than 100,000 young people to make informed, positive and safe decisions.

IN A NUTSHELL:

  • Prospecting and lead generation - Research and identify new schools and decision-makers to approach, constantly building a strong pipeline
  • High-volume outreach – Utilise outbound strategies, including cold calling and email campaigns to connect with decision-makers and secure meetings
  • Sales pitches - Deliver compelling sales pitches both in-person and online, educating decision-makers on Elephant Ed’s offering and finding alignment with each school
  • Networking: Representing Elephant Ed at education conferences and relevant industry events
  • Administration - Utilising bookings, rostering and CRM software
  • Internal collaboration - Working closely with the relationships and facilitation teams to ensure the delivery of impactful programs
  • Reporting - Reporting to the Head of Growth to manage and meet set targets

YOU ARE:

  • Diligent and organised with a strong attention to detail

  • Results-driven with a strong motivation to achieve set targets

STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD WITH:

  • Experience in B2B sales (experience working with schools and teachers is a bonus)
  • Build strong and meaningful connections in a variety of settings, including via phone, email and in-person
  • Manage competing tasks and work under pressure
  • Work in a team environment
  • Meet deadlines and set targets
