ELM Care is a registered NDIS provider and we are looking for 1 x FULL TIME Mental Health/Disability support worker and 1 x PART TIME Home Care support worker to support individuals with all areas of their life, from participation in recreational and social activities to assistance with their day to day living.

We are currently looking for staff around the Eastern suburbs, Inner west, West, South West and Ryde area but we are growing and may need staff coverage in other areas within Sydney!

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Own car and full drivers license
• Own ABN
• A positive and professional approach
• A can-do attitude!
• Clear and effective communication skills (both oral and written)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same or similar field is desirable
