We are excited to welcome a creative and ambitious Digital, Database and Events Coordinator to our dynamic team at Emmy Monash, located in Caulfield North.
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, this role requires an agile and vibrant professional, who will be responsible for all event coordination for organisation-wide staff, resident/family and community related events.
The role is responsible for creating content (videos, photos etc.) for various uses (e.g. social media, brochures) and maintaining a digital marketing communication calendar and monitoring and uploading content to the website, social media sites and internal channels including IPTV.
Some of the duties include:
- Responsible for all event coordination for organisation-wide staff, residents / family members and community related events.
- Prepare and manage website content and social media content in conjunction with related working groups
- Public Relations related photography and manage digital photo records.
- Utilise IPTV, intranet and social media platforms and prepare communication materials.
- Provide event, administration and database support for fundraising and foundation related events.
- Assist Resident Experience Officer with tasks, as required.
- Reception relief duties, as required.
This is a permanent position and can be worked 4 or 5 days per week.

Qualification & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing, Event Management or related discipline, or extensive work experience
- Fluent in Russian (required).
- Ability to capture and create content to a high level (photography, video footage and creation of videos)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates cultural awareness and excels at fostering strong connections with residents and family members, particularly from Russian backgrounds.
- Exceptional time management, event coordination and organisational skills.
- Provide evidence of ability to work legally in Australia
- Must also provide a current National Police Check
- First Aid Certificate (highly desirable)
- Working with children check (if required)
