• We have a number of shifts available with multiple participants with mental health conditions.
• We are looking to fill both a casual staff pool as well as regular permanent rostered shifts.

About us

I would like to start by introducing myself. My name is Melody and I have a psychosocial disability. I am high functioning enough to organise all the admin for our company here at Enable Canberra. We do things differently to most providers. We are a completely Client-Focused/Client-Centered organisation which puts our participants at the centre of their own care. The participants in our company are supported to choose and manage their own staff. Enable management, our participants and the staff work collaboratively to help us achieve our goals and improve our quality of life and daily functioning.
