This forward-thinking provider specialises in a range of services, including NDIS, Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, Department of Veterans' Affairs, and Private Medicare programs. Due to rapid growth, we're seeking a leader who can oversee and manage these critical services while driving excellence in care delivery.

You New Responsibilities

• Lead with Purpose: You’ll be at the helm, managing the day-to-day operations of the OT team, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring we meet the highest standards of care.
• Develop & Innovate: Establish streamlined systems for accurate reporting, compliance, and tailor-made support plans, and work closely with management to continually enhance processes.
• Recruit & Inspire: Build a passionate team of occupational therapists, providing ongoing training, mentorship, and development opportunities to help them thrive.
• Shape the Future of Care: You'll play a vital role in reviewing and enhancing procedures, evaluating funding streams, and ensuring our operations are not just efficient but exceptional.

What You’ll Bring:

• Relevant qualifications and OT registration with APRHA / OTBA
• Hands-on experience with NDIS and HCP programs
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for patient-centred care
