Engender Equality is a specialist service offering counselling, support and information to people who have experienced family violence.  

Engender is seeking an experienced Training and Business Development Manager to join our state-wide team of passionate and skilled workers. 

Reporting to the CEO, the Training and Business Development Manager is a senior role, responsible for:

  • Developing Engender Equality's training social enterprise
  • Coordinating training delivery
  • Developing a communication strategy and promotional material to promote both the opportunity and the impact of Engender Equality training;
  • Managing training stakeholders and customers;
  • Managing the training calendar, coordinate lead trainers and practitioner trainers to meet requests for training
  • Analysing and reporting on Engender Equality training impacts; and
  • Contributing to the identification and implementation of Strategic Priorities relating to Engender Equality Training.
