Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the adoption of eHub, EF’s web-based client database and resources site for training administration including the documentation of administrative processes 
  • Developing and managing positive relationships with clients, customers and stakeholders
  • Supervising the work of the E&T Administration Customer Service Officer and occasional volunteers
  • Coordinating online bookings and scheduling training utilising eHub
