Epilepsy Action Australia is the leading provider of epilepsy education and support services across Australia.
We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Officer to support our fundraising and training programs at our national office.
We are a dedicated, fun team who are passionate about assisting patients and families affected by epilepsy.
What will you be doing?
- Provide high quality customer service to our stakeholders and members of the public
- Undertake data processing and administration to support fundraising and training operations
- Provide general administration service to support the organisation
What can you bring to the role?
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal and communications skills
- Experience in a similar role and eagerness to apply relevant skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word and Excel
- Competence with utilising CRMs
- Demonstrated ability to follow process and pay attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion with confidential information
- A can do attitude!
