ABOUT THE ROLE

A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Lawyer to work on litigation matters and advisory work for climate and related risk, largely in the corporate and finance realm.

An interest in climate change and its interaction with corporations law, trustee law and government processes is essential. This role is suited to qualified lawyers with experience, or a keen interest, in the areas of climate law, corporate law, trustee law, environmental law and government law.

ABOUT YOU

You have a good understanding of civil procedure and a roll-your-sleeves-up attitude to drive the litigation process. Ideally you have experience efficiently navigating the dispute resolution process and an ability to read and understand financial statements.

You are willing to learn about a complicated, fast-moving area and apply reasoning skills to challenging legal and factual scenarios. You are seeking high-quality legal work (beyond what may typically be available for your level of experience) in a professional environment. Excellent communication and relationship skills are required.
