We are looking for a passionate and engaging Clinical Manager to lead and develop our Geelong Early Child Intervention clinic team.
Early Start Australia is a national organisation positively impacting more than 28,000 children and families across Australia. Our clinics offer you a small practice feel with big corporate support including well-organised administration teams that help with booking appointments, invoicing and managing NDIS changes. Supporting therapists do the work they love so that they can get the best outcomes for children and families is what we do every day at Early Start Australia.
Our Geelong clinic helps children and their families to achieve their goals by providing evidence-based interventions and social skill building for children with autism and other learning, behavioural and developmental delays. Offering a variety of support services, including a unique autism early intervention program following the Early Start Denver Model for toddlers and pre-school children on the autism spectrum, this clinic also provides general allied health supports for children 0-8.
With access to long serving industry leading clinicians shaping the thinking in the early childhood intervention space, the professional development opportunities at Early Start Australia are limitless.
Leading a team of allied health professionals and educators, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of quality services and supports to children and their families whilst managing and maintaining a focus on positive client outcomes across the team.
Drawing on your early intervention experience and autism knowledge, you will be proactive and solutions-focused, providing support and direction to the allied health professionals within your team, so that they are able to achieve the very best outcomes for clients, families and the wider organisation.
With a qualification as a psychologist, speech pathologist, OT, BCBA, or registered teacher, you will be provided with training in the Early Start Denver Model if you are not already certified.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of a growing organisation committed to making a real difference to the everyday lives of children and their families across Australia.
Early Start Australia places a high priority on the principles of respect, equity and diversity. As an employer of choice, we strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, people from culturally diverse backgrounds and people with disabilities.
