As a Senior Analyst in Ethicol’s dynamic team, you will assist in the execution of a variety of projects across the health and social services sector. We offer a variety of services to the health and social services sector, including program and economic evaluation, social impact analysis, strategic planning, co-design and model of care reviews/design.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

• Providing project management support to multiple projects, including the development of project plans, project status reports and risk registers.
• Contributing to proposals or responses to tenders.
• Undertaking literature scans or environmental scans on a variety of topics across the health and social services sector.
• Collection, synthesis and analysis of data (both qualitative and quantitative).
• Development of presentations and client reports that communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. This could be via dashboards, reports, infographics or presentations.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3 – 5 years working in a relevant field (health sector, social services, health policy, health economics, or management consulting).
• A tertiary qualification in business/ economics, health science or health management, governance and policy, or similar.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to undertake both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and business/ reporting writing skills.
• Well developed skills in Office 365
• Desirable but not essential, skills using Tableau, R, Python and/ or Power BI.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal team members and the development of professional yet meaningful relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
• The ability to work as part of a remotely based team.
