While the company headquarters are in the Illawarra region, Australia - you will be working from home. You’ll report to the Directors, and we would like this to be a collaborative working relationship. Together, you will work on strategic and big-picture goals.

We’re seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented professional with experience in client success who can help us maintain strong client relationships, drive retention, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Retention, Upsells, and Renewals:
- Proactively manage client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and capitalise on upsell and renewal opportunities, driving increased revenue.
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce churn and improve client retention.
- Onboarding/Offboarding:
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and quick value realisation.
- Manage offboarding processes professionally, ensuring all client needs are met and closing processes are completed smoothly.
- Logistical Planning:
- Oversee the logistical aspects of client interactions, ensuring that all services and products are planned and delivered on time and as expected.
- Coordinate internal teams and resources to meet client needs efficiently.
- Programmatic/Maintenance (B2B & B2C):
- Manage programmatic aspects of client relationships, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery of services.
- Oversee maintenance tasks, ensuring that all client programs are running smoothly and are continuously optimized for performance.
- Custom Contract Building:
- Develop and negotiate custom contracts tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client success, account management, or sales role focusing on inside sales, retention, and renewals.
- Proven experience working with executives and high-level stakeholders, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong background in building and customising contracts for various client needs.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on client-centric solutions.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other client management tools.
Other Requirements:
- Must have the legal right to work in Australia permanently
- Ability to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule.
- D&I experience a plus
What We Offer:
- Starting at 21 hours/week; looking to transition this into a full-time role as responsibilities increase.
- Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 FTE, based on experience. Will be prorated to a 3-day working week, 21 hours, plus super, based on the breadth of your expertise. Commission-based bonuses.
