This role will be as a Marketing Manager. While the company headquarters are in the Illawarra region, Australia - you will be working from home. You’ll report directly to the Directors, and we would like this to be a collaborative working relationship. Together, you will work on strategic and big-picture goals.

This fantastic opportunity is for an assertive, proactive, and socially focused marketer. The ideal candidate will have a big-picture focus and a need to drive change. They will be out-of-the-box thinkers and undaunted by failure.

As the Marketing Manager, you will implement marketing campaigns to generate leads, acquire new customers, and retain existing customers. You will also establish and track KPIs and provide weekly updates to the leadership team.

You are also responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple media channels. It will be your responsibility to take the strategic guidance and make it a reality with tactical implementation and execution. The ability to organise, plan, and structure your workload in an autonomous fashion will be key to your success in this role. We neither have the time nor the inclination to micromanage you. You’ll have a lot of freedom in this role but also a lot of responsibility.

ROLE DETAILS:

  • 32 hours per week
  • Remuneration: 60k - 90k per annum (32 hours) depending on experience
  • Must be available to work AEST hours
  • Must reside in Australia

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that encompasses B2B and B2C marketing techniques
  • Lead the creation and implementation of content strategies, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
  • Manage the majority of copywriting efforts to produce compelling and persuasive content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Implement and optimise marketing automation tools and processes to streamline and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage a social media marketer
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales department to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing-sales strategies aimed at increasing the number of sales calls.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure ROI on marketing investments.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of marketing innovation.
  • Maintain and advance the company's position as a marketing thought leader, ensuring all marketing efforts reflect our gold standard of excellence.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A commitment to reconciliation and a willingness to learn more
  • Proven experience in both B2B and B2C marketing roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies, content strategies, and copywriting
  • Experience with SEO, email marketing with advanced segmentation, social media marketing
  • Proficiency in basic website design, preferably WordPress
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new marketing tools and technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, including creating and adhering to deadlines, drafting budgets, and moving multiple projects forward simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Teachable and coachable, willing to learn and adapt on the job.
  • PR experience is a plus.
  • Product launch experience is a plus.
