EV Strengthening Communities is a community organisation based in Ringwood Melbourne providing aged care, employment, early years and volunteering services to communities of the North East metropolitan region.
We are looking for an agile and flexible person to join our team as our Quality and Compliance Coordinator. You will be responsible to the CEO for co-ordination and compliance of EV’s business systems, planning, assessment and implementation of new business systems and co-ordination of quality improvement and reporting functions.
We are a small vibrant team with an integrated paid and volunteer workforce and a commitment to continuous quality improvement. We operate in a range of regulated environments and you will work with our Managers to ensure our ongoing compliance.
We offer flexible working conditions, a family friendly workplace and as a charity we offer salary packaging. The successful applicant will have a Working with Children Check and satisfactory Police clearance. We are a child safe organisation.
You will be a person who is organised, strategic and can work in a range of changing environments.
