EV Strengthening Communities is a community organisation based in Ringwood Melbourne providing aged care, employment, early years and volunteering services to communities of the North East metropolitan region.

We are looking for an agile and flexible person to join our team as our Quality and Compliance Coordinator. You will be responsible to the CEO for co-ordination and compliance of EV’s business systems, planning, assessment and implementation of new business systems and co-ordination of quality improvement and reporting functions.

You will be a person who is organised, strategic and can work in a range of changing environments.

You will meet the following selection criteria:

• Demonstrated experience in a role performing similar tasks for 3 years or more.
• Demonstrated experience working in the community sector- volunteer or paid role.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications will be well considered-Australian or International
• Excellent systems thinker with highly developed analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated high level organisational skills.
• Demonstrated experience in preparation of high level reports
• Demonstrated competence in IT systems including Office 365
• Sophisticated understanding of quality improvement in the community sector
• Previous experience in managing vendor relationships.
