Overview

The work involves classifying charity communications as part of the Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning-based service we are offering. You will be asked to review charity client emails and assign 'tags' to each of them from a list of categories as well as reviewing AI-generated emails so see if they are appropriate and in the correct style. In this role you will learn about artificial intelligence and machine learning, and the effectiveness of charity digital engagement. Accessible Intelligence provides artificial intelligence-driven services to non-profit clients to help them be more effective in their supporter communications and marketing. Our machine learning models help clients get the right message to the right person at the right time to achieve a specific goal like increasing donations, retaining supporters and more.

The Role

You will be asked to review charity client emails and assign 'tags' each of them from a list of categories as well as reviewing AI-generated emails for if they are appropriate and in the correct style. This role is based in the GMT +7 to +12 time zones. e.g. Australia, New Zealand, Asia due to needing to work closely with the Head of Content Classification who is Australia-based.

Responsibilities

• Classifying charity communications as part of the AI-based service we are developing
• Review charity emails and assign values to categories for each email
• Learn to be consistent in cataloguing the content that is reviewed
• Demonstrate good judgement in understating the purpose of messaging contained in charity emails

This will help the AI program to better understand what type of content is being sent to charity supporters, and its effectiveness.
