As a private philanthropic foundation and health promotion charity, we are driven by a strong belief in the power of communities to lead change. Our strategy and partnerships endeavour to support community voices to shape and drive responses that are person centred, contextual, and built upon existing strengths and expertise.
Our small but dynamic team prioritises cultural learning, deep connection with community, and an inclusive workplace culture where everyone belongs.
As our Grants and Evaluation Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our grantmaking and impact evaluation activities. You will work closely with our team and community partners to capture learning, theme data, and develop internal communications that help shape our strategy and continuous improvement.

Evaluation and Learning: Contribute to our social impact measurement and learning framework by collecting, recording, and assisting in theming data. Support and contribute to the collection of relevant external data and evidence.
Communications: Assist with internal and external reports, summaries and communications to share learnings and insights.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Support relationships with partners, and sector stakeholders to foster collaboration and shared learning. Assist in workshops, events, and discussions on best practices in philanthropy and evaluation.
