FemiliPNG Australia works alongside Femili PNG to raise awareness, prevent, and respond to family and sexual violence (FSV) and sorcery accusation-related violence (SARV) in Papua New Guinea (PNG). We seek an Information Technology Systems Officer to support our information systems, ICT and data collection. The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following:

• Data analysis and modelling, such as using Excel Pivot Tables, Power BI, or other relational database tools.
• Learning to use new software through self-driven learning, documentation, and trial and error.
• Using or managing client relationship management (CRM) software, such as Dynamics 365.
• Managing Microsoft 365 or other work / collaboration functions such as Google Workspace
• Supporting teams to increase their skills and confidence in information systems or ICT

The ideal candidate:

• Has strong written and oral communication skills
• Is committed to the objectives and values of FemiliPNG Australia
• Can work effectively and flexibly as part of a diverse, geographically remote team
• Is based in Canberra or surrounds

Our recruitment timeline is:

• 14th April: Short-listing process completed; all candidates contacted
• 16th April: Interviews completed
• 17th April: Reference checks completed
• 17th – 22nd April: Position offered to successful candidate
• 28th April: Ideal starting date (negotiable with the successful candidate).
