This is a newly created opportunity for a Rostering Specialist to support the implementation of our new rostering system to ensure we have the right processes in place to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents. Joining a fully resourced project team, you will will support the successful deployment and optimisation of Fresh Hope Communities rostering system. You will oversee the full rostering process including award interpretation and management and configuration of the rostering system in collaboration with the project team, third parties, and internal stakeholders to meet organisational needs.
You will support our local schedulers to adopt the new system and educate them on effective workforce planning techniques increasing their effectiveness.
With experience in rostering and/or workforce planning you will have:
