About the Role

Joining a fully resourced project team, you will will support the successful deployment and optimisation of Fresh Hope Communities rostering system. You will oversee the full rostering process including award interpretation and management and configuration of the rostering system in collaboration with the project team, third parties, and internal stakeholders to meet organisational needs.

You will support our local schedulers to adopt the new system and educate them on effective workforce planning techniques increasing their effectiveness.

What You Bring

With experience in rostering and/or workforce planning you will have:

  • A strong understanding of rostering principles including shift allocation, availability while adhering to industrial instruments
  • Strong systems knowledge ideally humanforce with the ability to train others in how to use them
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team working towards a common goal
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
  • Experience in residential aged care or related sector an advantage
