SENIOR TRAINER (DIGITAL)
We're looking for a Senior Trainer Digital to join our team, focusing on two key areas:
- Quality Control: Batch checking digitised files to ensure they're uploaded perfectly for our clients.
- Training & Support: Providing 1:1 training sessions for NDIS participants, upskilling them with job readiness skills and preparing them for open employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and support NDIS participants trainees
- Contribute to quality improvement
- Mentor other trainers
- Administration and reporting tasks
Requirements:
- 2+ years' office based or disability work experience
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to sustain concentration
- Working knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
- Passion for working with people with disability
