SENIOR TRAINER (DIGITAL)

We're looking for a Senior Trainer Digital to join our team, focusing on two key areas:

1. Quality Control: Batch checking digitised files to ensure they're uploaded perfectly for our clients.
2. Training & Support: Providing 1:1 training sessions for NDIS participants, upskilling them with job readiness skills and preparing them for open employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and support NDIS participants trainees
• Contribute to quality improvement
• Mentor other trainers
• Administration and reporting tasks

Requirements:

• 2+ years' office based or disability work experience
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to sustain concentration
• Working knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
• Passion for working with people with disability
