About the Role
As our Quality & Continuous Improvement Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence across our HQ and business units. Your responsibilities will span office management, customer service, property and asset coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Communications: Provide exceptional customer service by managing initial enquiries across all platforms and ensuring smooth handovers to the appropriate teams. Follow a clear triage process, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to process enhancements while maintaining up-to-date documentation.
- Office Management: Manage reception and office operations, ensuring a professional front desk experience, a well-maintained workspace, and stocked supplies. Support the smooth running of Fighting Chance HQ and business units.
- IT & Employee Support: Support new starters, employee changes, and offboarding by handling setup, IT assets, and updates. Provide initial IT troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed. Coordinate the procurement of office and communications equipment.
- Event Coordination: Support Marcomms team with internal/external events and coordinate local hub participation.
- Property & Asset Management: Oversee facilities, asset and vehicle management, ensuring accurate records and efficient maintenance. Coordinate contractors, prioritise works within budget, and communicate impacts to stakeholders. Manage lease obligations, supplier contracts, and cost-effective agreements.
- Policy, Compliance & Training: Assist in research and policy development, maintain WHS compliance, support emergency response efforts, and contribute to Q&CI training initiatives in collaboration with the Learning & Development team.

- Skilled in managing multiple tasks across different business areas.
- Experience working with cloud-based CRMs or other business systems such as Google Workspace (or Microsoft Office).
- Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Familiar with WHS policies and compliance requirements.
