Established in 2014, FightMND is the largest independent funder of motor neurone disease (MND) research in Australia. Our vision is a world without MND.
MND was first described over 150 years ago, but still remains a terminal diagnosis with no effective treatments or cure. FightMND is the voice for Australians who want to fight back against ‘the Beast’.
With help from our incredible supporters, we raise awareness and funds through a range of campaigns, partnerships, and events.
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and designing all creative assets for FightMND’s key campaigns including the Big Freeze.
We're looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and digital formats.
Reasonable tasks above and beyond those outlined in this position description may be required. Work outside of Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) will be required during key campaign periods.
FightMND provides an excellent range of benefits including discounts with our corporate partners, an additional 5 days gifted leave annually, an additional 1% superannuation above standard, leading learning and development opportunities, state-of-the-art offices, competitive salary, flexible working conditions, and NFP salary packaging.
We also have hybrid working environment combining working from home and from our Burnley office.
Community is one of our core values at FightMND, so we want our workplace to reflect the full diversity of the community we serve. We value the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of all of our team and strive to create an environment where everyone can bring their whole self to work.
Those from underrepresented communities are encouraged to apply. This includes, but is definitely not limited to, First Nations people, those identifying as LGBTQIA+, people of all ages and gender identities, people with disabilities, and culturally and linguistically diverse people.
