ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Client Referral Officers work closely with the Client Services Manager and Client Referral Coordinator to deliver high quality client support across the organisation. The Referral Officer team act as the first point of contact for all client referrals to Fitted for Work and work collaboratively to support clients through their job readiness journey.

Fitted for Work is seeking energetic casual Client Referral Officers who will step into a fast-paced and dynamic role where no two days are the same. Our ideal candidate will be a great communicator, have excellent time management skills and have client facing and/or community sector experience.

  • A people person – you love working as part of a team to deliver high quality client services
  • You build positive and respectful relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and economic circumstances.
  • You foster connections with clients and referral partners and support collaboration to create the best client outcomes
  • A clear and confident communicator who can promote our services to clients and referral partners
  • A problem solver who creates greater efficiencies to support client needs
  • You have strong computer skills in Microsoft 365 and experience with a CRM
  • Relevant experience in community services, social work or a similar field
