Feels Like Home Support Services is a family-owned innovative NDIS registered provider offering services to people with physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities. Our aim is to ensure our clients receive professional services from our dedicated support staff.

We are currently looking for energetic and passionate support workers who are experienced in looking after children, teenagers, and adults with varying disabilities and keen to make a difference in their lives.

We are looking for support workers to cover the following areas:

Mansfield / Logan / North Brisbane

Requirements

• Must be fit, able to run and clear and precise communication skills.
• Experience with challenging behaviours (including aggression) and restrictive practises.
• Experience in Medication administration.
• Experience in organising sensory activities
• Must be social and willing to engage
• MAYBO Training Essential
• Current Police Check
• Experience in writing clear, precise, and detailed documentation.
• Experience in mental health and incident reporting.
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current QLD driver's licence
• Reliable vehicle, with full insurance and be road worthy – must be willing to transport participant in own vehicle as required.
• You will be required to hold a current blue card and yellow card (or NDIS Worker Screening) prior to commencement of employment.
• ALL NDIS Training Modules must be completed prior to commencement of employment.
• Manual Handling Training Preferred
