The Family and Relationship Services (FaRS) Counsellor is a Full Time Permanent role based at Frankston on Bunurong land and provides early intervention and prevention services and focus on at-risk families including those at risk of breakdown, with children at risk of abuse or neglect, and/or experiencing disadvantage or vulnerability.
FaRS is a client-centred, trauma informed service designed to provide counselling, group work and support to families and aims to strengthen family relationships, prevent breakdown and ensure the wellbeing and safety of children through the provision of short-term solution focused counselling.

The FaRS Counsellor will provide counselling and group work to individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing relationship difficulties, to help strengthen and maintain positive, healthy relationships.
