PRACTICE MANAGER EXTRAORDINAIRE

Hi there! I’m Dr Tolu Onibokun, Founder and Practice principal of Flourish Medical Group.

About 5 years ago now, I had the chance to start Flourish Medical group.

This was a dream come true…
Not just because I am passionate about preventative medicine and helping patients solve the root cause of their ailments…
But I also really wanted to be a blessing to Australia after migrating from Nigeria.
Since that day I have worked very hard to do my best for my patients as well as add value to the community.
And now it is time to help even more people by growing the clinic and the services it offers!

So I need an experienced Practice Manager to help me out…
Someone with the skills that I don’t have so I can focus on and do what I love and do best…

Essentially, the PM Extraordinaire will be my ‘right hand’ (balancing running the day to day operations alongside the clinical case load is hands full)!

The Extraordinaire I’m looking for will be someone who:

• Is excited about a challenge of growing the clinic and also aligned with our purpose of giving back to the community;
• Has an eye for detail, an organised and methodical approach and can work without their hand being held!
• Has excellent communication skills (written and oral) and who is experienced at managing and leading people;
• Has a growth mindset and is continually seeking ways to do things better (we are a fairly new business and we know there is much opportunity to do better);
• Prides themselves on their results.

I’m looking for someone who wants to make this a career rather than it just being a job.

I’m looking for someone who can work together with me to continually improve the clinic and the services we offer… someone ready to take on an integral role in our team.

For this reason prior experience as a successful Practice Manager will be required.

As you will be working closely with me, you will be well supported. Salary and other benefits will be based on the skills and experience you bring to the role.
