At For Change Co., we believe in creating a world where every young person has the opportunity to thrive. We tackle homelessness head-on by offering paid, on-the-job training and employment opportunities for young people experiencing—or at risk of—homelessness in Melbourne. About the Role: Head of Impact

As our Head of Impact, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our impact programs. Working closely with our CEO, you’ll lead both day-to-day operations and the strategic direction of our impact efforts. This executive-level role is more than just a job—it’s a chance to leave a legacy.

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver Game-Changing Impact Programs

• Drive the success of our flagship Pathways For Change program and design innovative new opportunities.
• Provide compassionate, hands-on case management for program participants.
• Build and maintain partnerships with housing providers, funders, and community allies.

Lead with Heart and Vision

• Represent For Change Co. with authenticity and purpose, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.
• Be a role model for our team, embodying the values and culture that make For Change Co. unique.

Strengthen Our Impact Engine

• Support the CEO in writing winning grant applications, nurturing funder relationships, and delivering grant outcomes.
• Champion and evolve our Measurement and Evaluation Framework to ensure we’re creating meaningful, measurable change.
• Develop and lead our Lived Experience Framework, amplifying the voices of the young people we serve.

What We’re Looking For

• A big heart and the drive to create an extraordinary experience for our trainees.
• Experience in social enterprise, non-profit, housing, or community sectors.
• Case management expertise or experience working with young people/individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Qualifications in youth work or social work are a bonus, but your passion and experience matter most.
